• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.
• Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is not an acceptance; your order is accepted only when we dispatch the items and send a shipping confirmation.

• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
• For international orders, VAT may be removed at checkout; local duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or other authorised gateways. We do not store your full card details.

• We strive to represent our products accurately through photography and description. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, and handmade items may have minor variations—these are part of their character, not defects.
• Descriptions of scents, textures, and effects are based on our artistic and scientific expertise but are inherently subjective.

• Unique Pieces (one-of-a-kind objects, textiles, jewellery) and Originals (fine art paintings) are singular creations. Once sold, they cannot be reproduced or restocked.
• Hygiene-Sensitive Items (perfumes, skincare, body care, EMNC: The Portfolio Discovery Set) are non-returnable once the seal or packaging is opened.
• These categories are final sale unless damaged upon arrival or defective. See our Refund Policy for details.

• Once the wax seal is broken or wrapping removed, the set is considered opened and is non-returnable due to hygiene regulations.
• If your set arrives with visible external damage (crushed box, torn paper, or broken wax seal upon delivery), please follow the protocol in our Refund Policy.

• Processing times and shipping methods are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or force majeure events.
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

• All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, brand names, product designs, formulations, artwork, and editorial content—is the intellectual property of Dr. Fania Bajot / O Sable France LTD or used with permission.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.
• Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights. You are purchasing the physical item for personal use only.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products.
• Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
