Overview Each order from Exotic Matter • Niche Creators is prepared with care and attention to detail. We ship worldwide, ensuring your creations arrive safely and beautifully presented.
Processing Times Before your order ships, we take time to prepare each item with intention:
- Ready-to-Ship Items (bandanas, t-shirts, standard skincare): 1–3 business days
- Unique Pieces & Originals (one-of-a-kind objects, jewellery, fine art): 3–5 business days (hand-finished and quality-checked)
- EMNC: The Portfolio: 2–4 business days (carefully assembled, wax-sealed by hand, and inspected)
Processing times do not include shipping transit time. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Destinations & Costs We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method (Standard or Tracked)
You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
- UK Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail or tracked courier. Delivery: 2–5 business days.
- European Union: Shipped via tracked international service. Delivery: 5–10 business days.
- Rest of World: Shipped via tracked international courier. Delivery: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime via your account on exoticmatterhq.com.
International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT may apply depending on your country's regulations.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
- Please contact your local customs office for details on potential fees before placing your order.
- Delays in delivery can occur due to customs processing; we appreciate your patience.
EMNC: The Portfolio — Special Handling Each Portfolio set is assembled by hand and closed with an artisanal wax seal, ribbon, and paper wrapping. To preserve its integrity:
- We use reinforced packaging to protect the wax seal during transit.
- If your set arrives with visible external damage (crushed box, torn paper, or broken wax seal upon delivery), please follow the protocol outlined in our Refund Policy.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement by contacting hello@exoticmatterhq.com.
- Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, changes cannot be made.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly first, then reach out to us at hello@exoticmatterhq.com for assistance.
- For lost packages (no tracking update for 14+ days), we will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.
